Regular Follow‑Ups

We conduct regular follow-up interviews with candidates during their internship to address concerns and share their level of motivation for joining the company. By providing feedback on the candidate's status, we support companies in making fair and accurate selection evaluations. Furthermore, should any issues arise, our company can directly contact the candidate and take appropriate action on your behalf.

Housing Support

Regarding housing support during the internship period, we have established partnerships with multiple share-house agencies specializing in international residents. We coordinate closely with the candidates to provide comprehensive housing assistance.

Visa Support

We provide support for visa document preparation both at the start of the internship and for the transition to a working visa upon hiring. We offer expert advice to navigate the complex and burdensome visa documentation process smoothly.

Onboarding Support Services for International Employees

In the recruitment of international talent, the following preparations are required to begin working and living in Japan:

・Obtaining a working visa
・Securing housing
・Obtaining a certificate of residence (Juminhyo)
・Opening a bank account
・Creating a personal seal (Inkan), etc.

Our company provides services to support the creation of an environment where candidates can smoothly start their lives in Japan after joining.
